d-pawn specials after 1.d4 e6 2.var. d5

I´m combining Semi-slav and some stonewall lines in my repertoire (rarely playing an English defence with 1...e6 + 2....b6) and go for them via the 1. d4 e6 move order, playing the French against e4.

Since this move order is quite special, Cox repertoire book on d4-deviations does not help, but may be you can:

1. Which d-pawn specials can be played against this move order?

2. Is there any good source on these variations?

3. What lines do you recommend for Black? They should unbalance the game and allow to play for a win, without being to tactical. Aiming for a space advantage in a closed or semi-closed position would be my cup of tea.

The lines should pose problems for White in OTB-play on a 1800 - 2000 level, since in correspondence chess I use the 1.d4 d5 move order to have more choices and avoid playing too many french defences. So the second or third best line is good enough, if it gives White a tough time.
