With regards to your mention of the Carlsen - Radjabov and Rublevsky - Kasparov games: I notice that neither of them feature the main move 10...Nd5. At a quick glance it looks as though Black is okay after the most common 11. d3 dxc3 12. Nxc3 Be7 13. Rd1 0-0 14. d4 cxd4 15. Bxd5 exd5. Any reason to disagree? I'm not particularly up to date with the theory here. 

I had some questions on the position after 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 e6 4.0-0 Nge7, one of the critical positions of the entire Rossolimo complex:

a) Of White's main moves, 5.Re1, 5.b3, 5.Nc3 and 5.c3, which do you think is the best way for the advantage, and why?
b) Which move is likely to have the greatest surprise effect?
c) What are some of the latest developments (ie 2010) in this variation?
d) Specific to the 5.c3 variation: Has Black found significant improvements over the Carlsen-Radjabov, Nanjing 2009 and Rublevsky-Kasparov, Izmir 2004 games?
e) Is there a specific optimum location for White's light-squared bishop, or is it a matter of taste whether it goes to f1, e2 or c2? Or should it be traded on c6 for a knight?
