Yeah, it doesn't happen too often that you get a whole worked out (and CC-tested) repertoire for free.

That one is in the internet archieves these days and focuses on the IZ-setup (e3, Be2, d3).
  
The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.

2) GM Henrik Danielsen's youtube videos on the "Polar Bear System"
3) Palliser's "Beating Unusual Chess Openings" (one of the chapters)
4) Dangerous Weapons: Flank Openings (chapter on the Polar Bear)
5) Any chess database

P.S. Danielsen's main videochess.net site seems to be no longer valid, much to my dismay... but some of his youtube videos are still there.
