Volumes 42 & 43 are written in 1997, are they worth getting? Still relevant? Or does Pinski cover the same material in his 50 pages?

There's also that Davies 1. e4 Repertoire DVD, but I'm not so sure it's worth it for just the Glek games. Or all of them.

You are right. No it isnt worth getting. Poor coverage. Glek's articles in NIC are great. Pinski - yeah, have that too, but rather brief.
A great system to play, a big hitter at club level I imagine.

The Four Knights by Pinski is the only book I use, it has 50 pages on the Glek System and related sidelines. It was published in 2003 but is topical as the system changes little.
Glek has 11 pages on an annoying sideline in Secrets of Opening Surprises, Vol 2.

Good luck in your hunting, I don't know anything about Vols 42 and 43 mentioned above I'm afraid.

I have had the chance to use it only twice in tournament play and in both cases obtained superior positions out of the opening against 1900 - 2000  players.

Searching for sources covering the Vienna/Glek-system. (With or without the N on f3 but with the pawn on g3)

I know the 2 everymanchessbooks (not very usefull)
and  Marins e4 e5 book (very good but of course only the Bc5 lines are covered)

Does anybody knows oder books or sources ?

I am currently not member of the e4 e5 section. How is it covered here?

thx for help.
