3.d5 is a very poor move.  After 3...Bc5 4.e3 is probably best as it cuts out those ...Ng4 threats, but Black can just develop and have at least equality.  I think aiming for the ...f5 push is one way to play aggressively here.

That move has to be bad but I struggle to find how black does continue aggressively after 1.d4 Cf6 2.c4 e5 3.d5
Classical continuation I encountered: 3...Fc5 4.e3 and then I found it difficult to capitalise on the development edge
