You can't have your cake and eat it.
Either you play a fun opening with very little theory, or you go for something encyclopedic...

who is we?

There isn't much on the birds because its not a very good opening or that popular. There are a few threads though on it in this forum (particularly the Froms Gambit) as well as Taylors book if you look back through this forum's older threads you will find them.

Why are there so few games in/resources on the classical Bird's?  Based on what Taylor wrote about it, the only knowledge we have, we have had some success against Experts and A players.  We would like to learn more... a lot more.
