Well, I have already posted on this. After a too early d3 by White, Black can prepare to play either ...b5 or ...d5, or both. With the move order mentioned by zoo, Black won't have time for this. I think this looks promising for White, if the moves a3 and ...a5 are tossed in. The main position arising without these two moves are analysed here at Chesspub IIRC. It was played by Grischuk in the Candidates games.

I've seen some players try to play after 1. c4 c5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nc3 Nc6 4. g3 e5 5. Bg2 g6 6. d3 .. 7. Nd2 ... 8. Nf1 ... 9. Ne3 ... and then 0-0, but I'm little suspicious about this idea.  Wink
Edit: Well, thinking about it...why not? It seems good. I wonder which is the best reaction for black then?! And what is more, can white start to fool around with some parallel h2-h4 ideas after black's castling?!  Roll Eyes

first things first : Bg2 & 0-0. then Ne1-c2 is standard recipe for White, then d3, then either Bg5,Ne3-d5, or a3-Rb1 according to circumstances. no need to hurry with d3, as Black pawn wants to stay at e5. the most important part is this Ne1-c2 routine: if you don't play it, you may quickly end up in a worse position.
