I do not have this book, but generally Schillers work isn't considered to be of the highest standard.. Check out Tony Miles review of "Unorthodox Chess Openings".

Ofcourse this may be an exception and the book could be brilliant! Although if you are wanting to learn the dragon I would personally advise Edward Dearings book "Play the Sicilian Dragon" and a chess pub subscription!
