That is very easy. It depends how you got your rating. Very good results against a bunch of <1600 players who play religiously always the same systems or 30-40% against a variety of 1700-2200 players.

I agree that at least for older 1900 players it would have been surprising.

The Flear article is probably the best thing on the line.  But there is a pretty good article on the web by John Watson:

Both Sokolov in "The Ruy Lopez Revisited" and Flear in "Dangerous Weapons 1 e4 e5" have some lines about this, but nothing detailed.

The only closer look at this I am aware of is "Groteske Schacheröffnungen" by forum member Stefan Bücker. But this is obviously in german and seemingly out of print.
