I imagine the most up-to-date source has to be ... ChessPublishing.com! Although maybe I'm biased!
Still, there has been so much going on in the last few years (with 10 c5, for instance) that any book from 2007 or earlier would be mostly irrelevant.

For your interest:
In Comas Fabregó's book "True Lies in Chess" (Quality Chess, published 2007) there is a 21 pages section on 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 g6 3 Nc3 Bg7 4 e4 d6 5 Nf3 0-0 6 Be2 Na6 allmost allways reaching the normal e7-e5 postions you get with the classical aproach 6... e5 7 0-0 und only then 7... Na6.
I only saw it, didn't check it. But he explains quite a bit on it. So it may be interesting for you.

I know and I have this book. His emphasis is on typical middlegame themes which is very much worth reading. But it´s not a theoretical work by any means.

As far as I am aware there has been nothing in print in the last few years from Blacks point of view.

So apart from the book by Panczy/Ilczuk Bojkov´s DVD is probably indeed the best recent source. In my view the part about the classical with ...Na6 is the best and a very good starting point. I do not like all of his suggestions against the other White tries, though.

I am also playing the ...Na6 line in the classical KID and I can really recommend the Bojkov DVD. The best Chessabse DVD I have seen. Together with your own analysis and some variations of the book "Krzysztof Panczyk, Jacek Ilczuk: The Classical King’s Indian Uncovered" you have a solid repertoire.

Hello,

I was an avid 7...Na6 player in the Main Line KID; but a few years ago I lost interest and played things like 7...Nbd7 and even 7...Nh5!? (see Dangerous Weapon's). Now I think it is time to repair this 'hole' in my repertoire and find some interesting sources and (original) players. My heroes in this line used to be GM Glek and the Dutch GM Visser, but they are less active now. A good new candidate seems to be GM Bojkov, as a source and a player, but who knows, maybe anyone has other suggestions concerning interesting (book) sources and interesting players?
