Interesting Gambit novelty against the Tarrasch

I had a nasty gambit novelty played against me in the Tarrasch defence. It's in the dangerous 6. dxc5! line for white, and the move is 10. b4 !?

It appears to be a novelty. Does anyone have a game reference for it being played before?

The engines like White's compensation, and also declining the gambit doesn't seem a nice option either.

I've attached some rudimentary analysis. The Cutmores' (one Cutmore brother had come up with the idea, and the other played it against me) main line was 13. ...Qxd1+ which leads to an unclear ending which White may be better. They also mentioned 13. ...Nd5 which is an interesting try with obvious compensation for White. I've also included my own pathetic effort  Embarrassed

There are some other interesting tries for White on move 12 too  Sad
