Clearly Zeller is one of those authors who really takes time to plan how to put a book together before starting to write it. Top class.

Covers Sicilian a6, b6, d6 e6 positions.
So, Schev, Kan type things. Some hedgehoggy stuff, with c4, some without c4.

And yes, he does indicate that 6. Bg5 is the way to go versus 2...b6. Forwards, get chopping.

This 2..b6 move was played against me couple of time on the internet. Does it have any name? Or maybe any literature about it is available?

I think this is not such a great idea to develop your queenside before kingside in such open positions like in silician defence. Nevertheles, variation is quite interesting in blitz games.
