6. Be3 Ng4 7. Bc1 Nf6 8. f3 Qb6
is also interesting to investigate..

I agree, I like these Qb6 lines when white tries to avoid 6...Ng4

@Fight Club

  Play the Najdorf Sicilian by James Rizzitano has a coverage of the 6.Be3 Ng4 line.

Current status of 6...Ng4 Against the English

I have had problems with the Enlglish Attack in the Najdorf, but play all the other lines with a good amount of confidence.  I have mostly played 6...e6 but have had mixed results and get a little tired of these king side pawn assualts.  Im not crazt about 6.e5 although I will investigate.  I had totally forgot about 6...Ng4 so I played some blitz games last night with it and loved the positions I got, I played the same guy 3 times and on the third game he played f3 first to stop my Ng4.  I was very comfortable in these positions even though I did not know the exact theory.  I have Starting out the Najdorf and a subscription to the open Sicilian page here on chesspub.  Does anyone know of any other books that cover this line, or resources.  I noticed Gelfand playing it with success 2 times in the chessgames.com databse this year, both games looked like my cup of tea.

This was the first time in a while that I was happy to face the English with 6...Ng4!

Any advice or opinions appreciated, and any players that play this lines advice again greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
