To the admin:

Hi, I have prolonged my account by credit card payment already in Dec. 12, but I am always given the message that my account has expired. I have tried to contact you via the various xxx@chesspublishing.com E-Mail adresses, but all the mails came back with: Sad

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

So, what to do now ?? Huh
