Radjabov does also (non uniquely!) seem to have a real problem with playing Carlsen. I seem to remember a few losses from really 'dead' positions.

That really can't be at all good for your self confidence.

I think Gashimov is ill and Radja has difficult time concerning his private life.

Anyone knows what happenend to Radjabov?
He is rated 2713 right now, place 36 in world rankings.
He still pretty young, and I think 3 years ago he was like 3rd or 4th best player in the world with an ELO in the range of 278x-279x? I thought he could be a world champion candidate once.

Also another player from aserbaidschan, Gashimov was a very promising player once, but he is not even in the 2700chess list anymore.
