I also found: Markos - Beat the KID. Clearly this one is from the point of view of White. But its title alone is driving me away from buying it: what if someone walked into my room and saw a book named "Beat the kid"...

I guess you would not be interested in a book featuring the 4 pawns attack by Semko Semkov called Kill the KID.

Wojo's book (mentioned by tony37) covers g3 vs the King's Indian.

I think Wojo's Weapons, volume 2 (by Hilton & Ippolito) would be a good choice

Good books about the KID from White's perspective?

Hello.

I am looking for good books about the Kings Indian Defense, but from the point of view of White only.

I would also prefer a repertoire book that tries to go into solid, positional, slow, strategic, quiet and closed positions. Not sharp and tactical ones.

I have already found some books, but I have no idea if they are from the point of view of White or Black, nor if they tend to be solid/quiet/positional or more aggressive:
- Panczyk, Ilczuk - The Classical King's Indian Uncovered
- Gligoric - King's Indian Defence, Mar del Plata Variation
- Forintos, Haag - Easy guide to the Nge2 King's Indian
- Gallagher - Starting Out : King's Indian

I also found: Markos - Beat the KID. Clearly this one is from the point of view of White. But its title alone is driving me away from buying it: what if someone walked into my room and saw a book named "Beat the kid"...

Thanks in advance for your answers.
