Thats just it, I dont have that function
CB12 updated, an still nothing


If I try an email any thing from CB , I get this error message:

There is no email program associated to perform the requested action.
Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default programs control panel.

From Chessbase help email,
They say a email with full MAPI is required

Its does say that on the web site  Angry

However, when I do this, the only email program in the list in Windows 8.1 is called Mail and  there doesn't appear to be any way I can associate it with Chessbase.
Obviously there is a work-around: export the game(s) as cbv or pgn, save the file, open Hotmail, write an email and attach the file, but it takes a bit more time, which is rather irritating.

Unfortunately adding any attachments, in the Corr tournament, I'm playing is not allowed.

I found some more info, but still no luck here getting mine to work Sad

I sent an email to, chess base, about my error, awaiting a reply an hopefully a solution.

CB answer

Email accounts only with full MAPl are supported.
