Try the FICS database. It contains millions of games played by players of all levels, and I do mean all levels.

I'm not sure what you are looking after, but getting a double filled db is easy. Do it yourself! Take a copy of games and paste them back into the db. At least it's possible with CB11.

When I was using Opening Master I noticed a lot of ugly engine games and a ton of doubles. Perhaps that will suit your purposes?
