It's not a book, but Moskalenko has written some articles on the Budapest quite recently for ChessBase Magazine. If I recall correctly his most recent one was on 4.Bf4 g5.

What are some good books that focus on the Budapest with 3...Ng4 for Black that are fairly recent, and good for those who are 2200 minimum? I think that there was Moskalenko's book but that was 2008, but I do not know much about it.

Most of the books that cover it are for White repertoires, like Awrukh, Schandorff, Georgiew.
