Interesting game

I noticed my game against Bart Michiels was discussed by IM John Watson: http://www.chesspublishing.com/content/2/aug15.htm#cla
He mentions that black has played before 12...Rc8 followed by ...cxd4 with queenside pressure, which seems slightly more accurate than the game's 12...a6.
While I have found a game with Rc8, I didn't find one which follows up with cxd4 so I wonder which game John refers to.
Besides after Rc8 white can (should ?) play dxc5 as was done once in the game http://www.365chess.com/view_game.php?g=3792015
I had prepared an improvement on that game (18.c4!) which was mentioned in my blogarticle http://chess-brabo.blogspot.be/2015/06/surprises.html
Finally I also ask myself if John knows below recent top-correspondence game in this line.
