Errr, in all likeliness it was a blitz game... not that everything goes in a blitz game, but...

Moiseenko played 6...Ne5 but this is completely busted by 7. Ne6.  Is this covered in any resources on the Scotch Gambit?

Certainly it's been mentioned on ChessPublishing before (in the notes to Blackburne-Gifford), but whereas 6...Ne5? has been played a few times, I've only found one game where White played 7 Ne6! - Gyles,A-Fox,C Timaru 1911.

Last December at Poznan Trzcianka (perhaps an open, and an early round too as his opponent Andrzej Dassuj appears to have no FIDE rating -- you can play the following sequence at http://database.chessbase.com/js/apps/database/?lang=en to find the game) Moiseenko played 6...Ne5 but this is completely busted by 7. Ne6.  Is this covered in any resources on the Scotch Gambit?
