Can anyone that owns Dearing's book, "Challenging the Grunfeld", tell me if he mentions this particular line?

Dembo Grunfeld book question

Just looking at the line that Dembo recommends in her book, "Play the Grunfeld", against the 8.Rb1 Exchange variation.  Beginning with 7 Nf3 c5 8 Rb1 0-0 9 Be2 b6 instead of 10 0-0, white may play 10 Be3 after which Dembo gives 10...Bb7 11 e5 cxd4 12 cxd4 Na6 13 h4 Nc7 14 h5 Nd5 15 hxg6 hxg6 16 Bh6 Bxh6 17 Rxh6 Kg7 18 Qd2 Nc3 and she states that White's position in on the verge of collapse.  This is found on page 20, column 1, note (a1).  I let Stockfish 7 look at this position and the engine has White way ahead after 19 Rh4.  Looks like 18...Nc3 is a mistake.
