My bad. I missed Chapter 9!

The lines with f3 usually arise from a Kan move order. As far as I know they are not that worrying.

Doesn't look like there's much on the Anti-Benoni  line though!

Looks like about 37 pages on 1.Nf3 c5 2.c4 Nf6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 e6 (chapters 21 and 9).

So he doesn't go for the hedgehog without g3 (i.e. the sort with f3 and e4) -- I wonder if there's a general view that that is +=.

An excerpt is up

It covers 1. Nf3 c5, but not 2. e4. You would have to be prepared to defend a Sicilian. Otherwise the chapter headings look comprehensive.

If you expect 1. c4 c5 2. g3, play the move order 1. c4 b6. You may face problems if White is a versatile player and plays 2. d4 .

Will be interested to see how this book deals with 1.c4 c5 2.g3, isn't it tough to play a hedgehog against this move order?
