KID/Grunfeld Fianchetto without c4

I couldn't find much coverage of the lines with 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 g6 3.g3 (Bg7 4.Bg2 0-0 5.0-0 d6/d5) in the ChessPub Archives, except for a couple of games' analysis on the 6.a4 variation. I understand the 6.Nc3/6.Re1 lines have a tendency to transpose to the Fianchetto Pirc, but Kramnik has played a lot of recent games in these lines, so it would be great to get Palliser's perspective on these lines - especially since most of the other D-Pawn Specials have a very healthy body of coverage by now. Cheers.

All our dreams come true if we have the courage to pursue them.
