It was also given very good coverage by GM Roiz in the Grandmaster Repertoire book on the Nimzo.

I think that move and 5...c6 are both still rare but gaining in popularity.

If this is the position I think about (d4 Nf6 2 c4 e6 3 Nc3 Bb4 4 e3 0-0 5 Ne2 Re8)

It was recommended for black in "Opening Repertoire: Nimzo and Bogo Indian" .
In the book I think the the author wrote that this move is rare and a relatively new idea.
Personally I had never seen that move before the book came out.

So there is a chance it is not covered.
You can email John Emms and ask for an update, I asked him and got an update of Zurich variation a few years ago.
