1. d4 Nf6 2. Nf3 g6 3. c4 Bg7 4. Nc3 O-O 5. e4 d6 6. Be2 e5 7. O-O Nc6 8. d5 Ne7 9. b4 Ne8 10. c5 f5

Now the main choices are usually between 11. Nd2 and 11. Ng5 though I find both to lead to nothing for white pretty easily.

Maybe you can post some games or analysis?  I'm not familiar with the move, but then I don't play this position for either side.

After 9. b4 what do people think of Ne8?

I have personally found this a very tough move. In theory, it is often laughed at because white gets the immediate c5 without any work... but in practice it is another matter entirely.
