	Collins writes that it is basically about 1.Nf3 d5 2.c4, it is not a repertoire for White, and it is mainly concerned with recent games by top GMs...

Suspect that the book is very much focused on an early c4 by white, so whilst you can probably transpose back into the book with 3 c4 if black plays 2...c6 2...e6, the longer you delay c4 the less likely you are to be able make this transposition.

	The table of contents says there is a chapter on 2.g3 g6 and 2...Nd7.

	Good news, there is now a pdf excerpt on the Everyman website for this book! The author makes it very clear that it will only cover black's response 1....d5 or to Reti positions transposing to the d5 positions via 1...e6 or 1...c6.... so at 288 pages there should be plenty of content for Reti enthusiasts.
