1. e4 e4 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 a6 4. Ba4 Nf6 5. 0-0 Be7 6. Re1 b5 7. Bb3 0-0 8. c3 d5 9. exd5 Nxd5 10. Nxe5 Nxe5 11. Rxe5 c6 12. d3 Bd6 13. Re1 Qh4 14. g3 Qh3 15. Re4 can get insanely complicated with white having very good chances.

A much safer option for black is to play 14...Bf5. After 15Qf3, Black has many candidate moves:  Qf6, Qh4, Re8, and Bg6. White might keep a small edge.

I'm a bit confused as to what the context of this thread is.

Is the intent truly just to inform us that this line exists (which would be a bit strange, considering it's been a major if not the mainline of the Marshall accepted for.. years? Decades?)?
Or are you trying to start a discussion what the best lines for White/Black are? Or are you trying to find out the current evaluation of the line? Or did some other discussion elsewhere spark this thread?

There is no question and no analysis in the OP, so I'm a bit lost on how to reply.

This has some appeal with the main idea that in the sequence 1. e4 e4 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 a6 4. Ba4 Nf6 5. 0-0 Be7 6. Re1 b5 7. Bb3 0-0 8. c3 d5 9. exd5 Nxd5 10. Nxe5 Nxe5 11. Rxe5 c6 12. d3 Bd6 13. Re1 Qh4 14. g3 Qh3, the idea of 15. Re4 threatening Rh4 is now possible. In the main line with 12. d4, 15 Re4 is met by 15. .. g5 which looks improbable if you don't know it.

After 15. Re4, 15. .. Qf5 may be best.

13 ..Bf5 is possible as well.

If White plays inaccurately, being blown away remains possible.
