Palliser did a d4 book. I think it is called play d4. I belive he recommends nf3, and then e3 vs the queens indian. Simon Williams has a chess base dvd where he recommends nf3, g3, vs queens indian.

Kaufman repertoire for White has a chapter on Queen's Indian, iirc. Also 'Play 1.d4!' by Palliser (this one is quite old already).

Also Axel Smith's "e3 Poison" covers this (Chapter 8) but via 2 Nf3 and 3 c4.

Are there any good repertoire books from White's point of view with 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3? I mean, avoiding the Nimzo and considering in some detail all Black replies, e.g. 3...Bb4+, 3...d5 3...b6 etc.
