I think the Avrukh sidelines book is very good, having said that there is a lot of newer material. I think most things Avrukh covered are still valid, but just a small caveat. I do have the book and like it quite a bit.

Isn't that only if White obliges with c4 ? Otherwise you end up a tempo down in a line you might play with the White pieces. Colle-Zukertort or similar perhaps. A reversed version of lines where White blocks in the c1 Bishop with e3.

Isn't that a bit simplistic? If white goes for the London system with 2.Bf4 I still have to decide if I go for the e6 Bd6 setup or some other line.

In the d4 d5 book from Ntirlis most setups involve an e6,d5,c5 (and b6) pawn structure btw. 

I was wondering if there is some move order which avoids some of that stuff or may be suited better for a Tarrasch player.  By going for 1.d4 d5 2.Nf3 c5 for example? Right now I just play 3...Nf6

I'm switching to the QGD Tarrasch and plan to use the Aagard book. I read everywhere that the Tarrasch can be played against almost everything but e4. 
I read some old topics and Ntirlis keep mentioning that he won't go into detail in how to play/transpose Tarrasch style  against London, Colle etc. because Avrukh is coming with a book on that.
Is that the ' Beating d4 sidelines' one?

Right now I'm using Ntirlis his recommendations from the ' Playing d4.d5 A Classical' repertoire book. But I don't see how I can transpose into the Tarrasch against those systems.
