That does seem more interesting than rewersed Meran styled structure with c3-d4-e3. That system looks more like lame Stonewall with f4 missing. Video clip 24 looks like it transposes to QID 4. e3 Variation, but has later a b3 there. Since he has Torre Attack DWD, surely he prefers that to Colle against Grünfeld/KID. I noticed that in Sedlak book on London System. Volume two of that book he did not recommend London against 1...Cf6 Indian defences, but rather Torre Attack. I would think though maybe that lines similar to given as in book e3 Poison could be used against Grünfeld/KID. Maybe can be used with a book I saw once, I think called Zuke or something strange (¿) Although personally I would prefer Fianchetto against Indian defences
