Depending on your playing strength this really introductory book may be worth a look.

I would check the pdf-file. Having read the dutch edition this is something I would start with if teaching youth players. It is not heavy on theory but well explaining plans and structures.

I've just seen Chessbase have a new set of DVDs out featuring Caruana giving a repertoire for white. Obviously not what you were asking for but might be something you have an interest in?

I haven't seen it, but the presenter, Ivan Salgado, co-authored the Chigorin Bible, which is pretty good.  

The St Louis Chess Club has some free videos on the closed Ruy Lopez, which might also be of interest.

Had never heard of Castle Chess before - looks very new, so will keep an eye on how they progress. I like the look of some of the subjects they pick for their ebooks/dvds and the fact that the latter are often only an hour long.

You could check out the video series The Quick Ruy Lopez by FM Monokroussos, which turned out to be not so quick in the end.

You don't have much to lose, as they are freely available on Youtube:

The last three videos in that playlist are on the Chigorin, Zaitsev and Breyer respectively. But if you need more depth, I don't know of any videos.

Off the top of my head i cant remember any videos on the closed variations.

The only ones that spring immediately to my mind are on the Marshall,  Berlin, Archangel type systems, classical, Schliemann and the 3...Nge7/g6. variations. Although this is largely based on Chessbase videos. Chess base does have a series of videos on Shirov playing the spanish as black and white, so there may be some lines there that might be of help.

Perhaps one of the other content providers have something to offer?
