Pavlovic's 'Unknown weapons in thr Grunfeld' contains a chapter on this variation as well. I don't know about its quality though.

I know this isn't exactly what you asked for, but you might be interested in this PGN analysis I made of the 3. h4 Anti-Grunfeld that Grischuk has been playing, mostly based on commentary by Jan Gustafsson and Peter Svidler. In general the main strategic idea of these early h4 moves is to play h4-h5 and exchange the h-pawn for the d-pawn, thereby gaining an advantage in the centre. Black has various different replies to this idea based on when white chooses to play h4, and this will greatly influence the nature of the resulting play. Sometimes white will get to play the sort of kingside attack that you are probably hoping for if the move h4 catches your fancy, but often black's response will prevent that and white will instead be trying to argue that whatever black has done to prevent the h5-idea is in some sense a positional concession that white can exploit. One point worth noting, which I mention in the PGN, is that the line with 3. Nc3 d5 4. h4?! is dubious for white, since black can exploit the lack of protection to the d4-pawn with 4... c5.
As bigpawn pointed out, you should also take a look at the Modern-Chess database. Even if you're not in the mood to fork out for their characteristically pricey material, the free introductions available on their website are always simply superb, and can serve as a very useful road map for your own independent investigations.

I know that Modern Chess has a database on the 5.h4 line. I don't have it, but given the general quality of their databases, it would be worth looking into.

I was wondering if is there any (fairly complete) coverage in recent books of the 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 d5 4.h4!? Grunfeld, or the 4.Nf3 Bg7 5.h4!? line? I mean, not from Black's point of view in a repertoire book, suggesting only the intended "best" reply, but some explanation of the main ideas and tactical themes for both sides, etc. etc.
