There's also Williams and Palliser's Iron English, available both as a book and on Chessable.

It's covered in Dangerous Weapons: Flank Openings:

https://everymanchess.com/products/dangerous-weapons-flank-openings?_pos=4&_sid=...

Also available as part of a bundle.

However my next step will be ChessPublishing where it appears to be very well covered. There is also Chess Informant.

I think the most recent book covering the Flohr-Mikenas from the white side is "The Modern English Volume 2" by Georgiev and Semkov (2019).

Ah yes, I know that book. Thank you very much!

They think that black is fine and suggest 3.Nf3 + 4.e3 as an uncritical alternative to Mikenas (objectively best is 4.d4.)

1.Nf3! -  beat your opponent by killing his zest for life.

I am looking for a repertoire book on the English that advocates the Flohr-Mikenas System. Any suggestions?
