Compared to the previous 3 (sub-)releases, progress seems to have been made. 22 elo is a lot today and, moreover, calculated for a slow pace according to CCRL.
I have too much other work to test it at the moment. I would also like to test the latest Leela again.

The last (23rd) TCEC superfinal was won by Stockfish by 17 points difference over Leela (remember that very bad openings were selected to ensure that the programs are tested to their limits). Nevertheless, Stockfish is not unbeatable because 2 of the 50 openings were won by Leela, so it is not completely pointless to keep using a 2nd engine.
