Thanks TD.  I listened to the video introduction of the new course by Grover & Narayanan and the philosophy/approach seems quite attractive.  In particular, the emphasis on delaying commitment of the c-pawn to leave open options with c2-c4 in selected positions seems wise to me.  I also like that it has a chapter devoted just to early move orders.

And what about the newest London course by Grover & Narayanan? You have an even greater choice!  Wink

You can have a look at the Reviews and the Discussions to get an idea. Or maybe get the Short & Sweet free course.

"Alex Banzea's London System has 4.8 out of 5 stars, based on 131 user ratings." And this course has a much higher Support level from Alex himself.

"Lifetime Repertoires: London System has 4.4 out of 5 stars, based on 56 user ratings." I believe this course has a low Support level.

I would definitely choose Banzea's course from the two. But the third course is also worthwile and I believe is meant for a higher level than Banzea's course.

I am interested in exploring the London System as a backup opening for White.  I was wondering which of the two Chessable courses an experienced London player would recommend?  The impressions I've gotten reading about the two courses leaves me undecided.  Liem Quang Le is obviously the stronger player but the descriptions I've read of his course describes it as possibly a "safer" repertoire (reviewer opinion).  Banzea has an impressive YouTube presence and has specifically included content for beginners but also seems to have a practical and fighting approach to the London.  I'm rated in the 1900's (so not a beginner).  I realize the London is a system opening (which seems appropriate for a backup/alternative opening) so I am looking for enough knowledge to get a decent position out of the opening to allow me to outplay my opponent.  Thanks in advance.
