Thanks everybody!  I've started playing it on lichess and have faced both 3.g3 and 3.e3 so far, though not 3.Nd5.

Against 3.g3 I went for the immediate 3...d5?! but I determined 3...c6 is better, and interestingly their are lines with ...d6 and ...f5, and I actually used to play 2...d6 and play this way (...c6 and ...f5) so I'm comfortable with the setup, but my bishop is more active outside the pawn chain.

Against 3.e3 I then played 3...c6.  I don't know if this is topical, but it at least provided me with a system of sorts.  I need to do more research.

2...Bb4 is Mikhalevski's preferred move in QC's Grandmaster Repertoire 19, Beating Minor Openings.

I've decided to return to playing the 2...Bb4 line against the English.  Besides transpositional possibilities, is there any substantial (written?) material I can find on this in one place?  Even a chapter in a book?  Thanks in advance
