I am right now testing Lc0 v.0.30.0 with backend CUDA and their recommended best large network. I notice it is doing much worse than the previous Lc0 v.0.29.0 version which I tested. So clearly it is not simple to get the most optimal Lc0 installed on your personal computer. I also don't have the time nor resources to try out all possible options. I think that I will just stick to the older version for now.

About the threads I read that it doesn't matter. I used before 8 on my desktop and 2 on my laptop (default settings). I am using for the new release again the same.
