Yea. Without having read recently. These days I think one of the norms even needs to be an open tournament. It's not easy to organise closed title tournaments and all respect to those who do it. I checked in today and despite difficulties the tournament is looking close to finding the last 3 players Smiley

If anybody is wondering why it's difficult. Maximum 6/10 can be from the same federation, 3 IM's or GMS are needed (which were found early here so that's good), I think maximum 4/10 non-titled and the ever important rating average; that ideally for as many player as possible sticks near but not over the lower limit of certain intervals.

Hello everybody.

Anybody knows any FM-level players (or let's say E2250+) seeking IM-norms in Europe please send me a PM and I can pass it on.

There is a long-running closed IM-tournament in Sweden (5-11/8) looking for primarily a few non-native FMs.
