By the way I think I know what you are looking for. Forum moderator MNB has proposed to combine Kalschnikov with Accelerated Dragon.  I have played that  way in earlier in Correspondence Chess. The idea is to play 2 .. Nc6 vs Nf3 and aim for Dragon with g6 vs all delyed d4 or speical move orders like 2 Nc3 3 Nf3. This trick rules out 9 000 yugoslav completly while avodiong c4 vs accelerated Dragon.

The Bh6 line is what Cheparinov recommends. He also mention Bd7 as alternative move for black instead of d5 in passing mentioning h3 as good for white.

In the main line of dragon 9.0-0-0 what is the problem with the alternative 9...h5 instead of d5 It doesn't seem to be very easy to find a big advantage for White. For example 10. Bc4 Bd7 11.h3 Kc8 12.Bb3 Na5 and 10.Kb1 d5 11.exd5 Nxd5 12.Nxc6 bxc6 13.Nxd5 (13.Bd4 doesn't work here because of Bxd4 14.Qxd4 e5 15.Qd2 Nxc3+ 16 bxc3 Kb8+ with great attack) cxd5 14.Qxd5 Qc7 and this position is known to give Black good winning chances. The extra moves h5 and Kb1 don't seem to change that assessment much. Does anyone have any ideas?
