It's very strange, we've sent several emails which I assume had ended up in a spam folder somewhere, and his emails also kept going to our spam folder. I also sent a PM here, but that didn't seem to work either! Sad
Anyway, we finally seem to have found a means of communicating, and I hope jobannie is now enjoying the site! 
Incidentally, I will soon move this thread to a more appropriate section.

Well the theory is still being actively updated so I would say they are probably still in business. I renewed on 5 January, emailed support@, and received a reply same day from admin@. It might be worth checking your email client's junk/spam folder or the blocked senders list.

Hi everyone, I have subscribed to Chess Pub and paid through the Paypal link from their website.

I then emailed support@chesspublishing.com about my payment as per instructions on the site. I have not received any response from Chess Pub since I made the payment on July 7. I have tried to reach out to different email address and still no response.

Are they still in business? I've subscribed to Chess Pub before and also paid online, so I didn't expect to face this kind of problem. Has anybody here have had a similar experience? I'd appreciate if  anyone here can help me connect with the Chess Pub people. This is frustrating to say the least.

Appreciate any help.
