I prefer 10 b5 in my Dynamic English book, although 8...Qf5 is definitely stronger than 8...Qh5?!, as indeed 9 Nb5 is also possible, winning the a-pawn.

This is very interesting.  I had never seen this tried before with the Black pieces.  Of course there is the variation:  1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 g6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Qxd4 Nf6 5.Bb5! a6 6.e5 axb5 7.exf6 e6 8.0-0! with some advantage for White.  Unfortunately Black doesn't have time to get castled since he hasn't yet played Nf6 and this seems to give White a nice edge.  Incidentally I think Nb5 might be even stronger than Ra5.

I really like this line as black and am wondering if there are any recent improvements. I found this game where Gm Suba played a Re5 move.
