Thanks everyone for commenting on my chapter here.
I looked at all 13...Qc7 lines very seriously, but in the end it was necessary to make a (hard) choice between 14.Bc4 and 14.Qc5 (well, and also 14.g3!?).
So, most of 14.Bc4 stuff was simply not included. After 14.Bc4 e5!? (I think that the main line is still 14...Nb6 which is passive but does not create weaknesses, but, well, 14...e5 is also playable at some extent) 15.Qd2, I decided that 15...Be6 16. Ne4 Rad8!? is Black's relatively best. The main deviations are: 15...Rd8 and 16...Rab8.
After 15.Qd2 Rd8 (the move, which was suggested above in this Forum), some lines are: 16.Qh6!? Be6 (16...Nxc3?! 17.Bxf7+!; 16...Bf5?! 17.g4! Nxc3? 18.gxf5 +-) 17.Ne4 Qe7 18.h4 (with White's initiative) 18...Qf8 (18...Bf5 19.h5 Qf8 20.Qg5; 18...f6 19.h5!) 19.Qg5!? (a calmer alternative is 19.Qxf8+ Kxf8 20.Nc5 Ke7 +/= 21.Rhe1!? f6 22.Nxe6 Kxe6 23.f4) 19...f5 20.Bxd5 Bxd5 (20...cxd5 21.Nf6+! Kg7 22.Nh5+ Kh8 23.Ng3 - Voicu) 21.Nf6+!? Kg7 22.Nxh7!? Kxh7 23.h5 with an attack.
It all was NOT included in the book. (The line with 19.Qg5/22.Nxh7!? is quite complex, as I remember.)
One way or another, 14...e5!? is a curious possibility, which creates additional troubles for White's preparation. ???
