I just saw on TWIC's new book releases that "The Queens Bishop Attack Revealed" has been released by Batsford.  It is written by James Plaskett and 224 pages of 1.d4 d5 2.Bg5.  A small summary of thier summary says, "The Queen's Bishop Attack, also known as the Pseudo-Trompowsky, is used by bold, enterprising players who want to cut across their opponent's intention to play a Slav or Queen's Gambit.
