	My Dutch rating: about 1800 My ICCF rating: about 2000 Sometimes you may meet titled players, like Golubev, Vigorito, TopNotch, James Vigus or even Kosten himself. The forum is very democratic. Make sure to do some thinking en investigating before giving your opinions and you will get serious answers, though overseeing mates in one etc. are pointed out mercilessly.

	Great variation to be found herein. Some uppity folks, but generally if you: state your rough level state clearly your problem/query (which variation, give the moves) show you have made an effort to find out prior (i.e. by actually buying a book, opening it, and studying it, researching past threads) ask politely ... you will find some help. Generally. You may have to be somewhat discriminating as to who you may consider worthwhile listening to, but that is another matter. gd luck making progress (go to town on tactics work) Bibs (2200-2300ish)

	Hey guys, I'm new here and I was just wondering how far out of my league I am compared to you guys (I'm around 1500-1600 uscf). If you would be so kind as to either make a rough estimate of the strength of the average poster here, or/and post your individual ratings I might be able to discern a trend and see what strength of player the average poster here is. I am more asking this question out curiosity than anything else, but it would be nice to know how much I need to improve my game before I can start throwing out my advice to other posters here and be taken seriously. Thank you.
