I have a similar question, but I'm not quite as picky about the move order details. Actually, I'm hoping someone can point me towards a good move order for what I have in mind, as well as references on the details of how to play it. 

Right now, I play the Classical Dutch against almost everything but 1. e4, but I play it the same way against 1. c4 as I do against 1. d4. In other words, I play e6 before f5, then play d6 to support an e5 pawn push. Usually, my opponents play d4 early, and we transpose to the main lines as if it started with 1. d4.

But with the English move order, it should be easier for me to play e5 and f5 early, without having to play e6 and d6 before e5. I'm just worried about playing 1. c4 f5, because 2. e4 leads to From's Gambit with colors reversed, and white gets an extra useful tempo for having his pawn on c4 already. So I was thinking of trying to get there via 1. c4 e5 and an early f5, but I really don't know anything about the English, so I'm afraid of walking into main line territory where my opponents will eat me alive with superior opening knowledge.

So does anyone have move order recommendations/warnings for playing f5 early after 1. c4 e5, and any book or online article recommendations for how to play those positions?

4 Nc3-Nf6
5 d3-Bb4, actually.

He obviously only looks at this line from White's point of view, which made me wonder where I'd see a few words on other white tries, such as an early Nf3, or so.

I think 1.c4 e5 2.Nc3 Nc6 3.Nf3 f5 4.d4 good for White.

Not sure if this is a viable line for Black. With this exact moveorder there seems to be only very little practical experience. 

Anyway I´m not aware of any resources recommending such an approach for Black.
