12.Rad1 with an eventual f2-f4 in mind (as suggested by  Fllg) is white's main idea in those positions. Sitting behind the space advantage does not achieve much, since after exchanging a couple of minor pieces Black is rather comfortable.

You might try playing more agressively with 12.Rad1 a6 13.f4. White should be slightly better here with more space in the centre and some attacking chances on the kingside.

I like playing the Moscow, but nearly everyone I play is playing a set-up with e6 after 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. Bb5 Bd7 4. Bxd7 Qxd7 5. c4. I'm not able to find even a slight edge for White after Black exchanges knights on d4.

Any ideas?
