I was curious how most players here prefer to start online games with friends.

When I play with friends, the process is sometimes:

- Exchange usernames
- Search for the player
- Send a challenge
- Wait for them to find the correct game

It works, but I've always wondered if there is a simpler approach.

Would you prefer:

1. Username challenges
2. Private game codes
3. Direct invitation links
4. Something else

Personally, I like the idea of creating a table and sharing a direct invite link so the other player can join immediately.

How do you usually handle friend-to-friend games online?
