Since French forum is quiet, I will just add my own comments (Note: I am a guest, thus I have not read McDonald's comments) about Rustemov's variation in Winawer (subjects of  McDonald's january-february-march 2003 updates).

A) About Sutovsky game in february update:
10.Nf3 f5 11.exf6 Rxf6 12.c4!? (12.Qh5 Nf5) Qa4 13.Qh5 Nf5 14.cxd5 Ncxd4 15.Ng5 h6 16.Ne4 Rf8 17.oo b6! 18.Rae1 (Sutovsky's original move) exd5 19.Ng3 c4 20.Bxf5 Nxf5 21.Re5 Qxc2 22.Bb4 and here I don't see what's bad for Black with 22...Nxg3 23.hxg3 (23.fxg3 Rxf1+ 24.Kf1 c3) Bf5 24.Bxf8 Rxf8 with central pawns offering good compensation for the exchange

B) About Rustemov idea: 10.Qh5!? h6!

B1) 11.Nf3 c4 (11...f6? 12.exf6 Rxf6 13.Qe8+ Rf8 14.Bh7+ is the tactical trick for Qh5 line)  12.Be2 f6 13.exf6 Rxf6 14.oo (14.g4 Ng6! is Kindermann's move given is his excellent book about the oo-Winawer ; 14.Ne5 Nxe5 15.Qxe5 Nc6 16.Qe3 Qa4 17.Ra2 Bd7 18.oo Be8 and the end of opening problems for Black) Bd7 15.Ne5 (15.Rfb1 Qc7 Mecking-Korchnoi,Wijk aan Zee 1978 ) Be8 16.Qg4 Ng6 17.Nxc6 Bxc6 Gallagher-Farago,Hastings 1990 ... and here I suggest White adding threats on e6 pawn with Qg3-Bg4-(f3)-and doubling rooks on e file, and h4-h5 breakthrough

B2) I have not clear view about 11.dxc5! Qc7!? (11...b6 12.cxb6 Ba6 13.Nf3 Qxb6 14.oo Bxa3 15.cxd3 Qb5 16.c4! dxc4 17.Rfb1 Qd5 18.dxc4 Qxc4 19.Bb4 with advantage for White), and any comments about 12.f4 and attack with some moves like g4-g5-Ng5, would be greatly welcomed.

Thanks.
