Benoni/King's Indian Saemisch lines are now considered in the King's Indian section under ECO code E81. This includes lines that in practice usually arise from the King's Indian move order but could possibly also arise from a Benoni, for example:

1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 g6 3 Nc3 Bg7 4 e4 d6 5 f3 0–0 6 Bg5 c5 7 d5 e6 8 Qd2 exd5 9 cxd5
1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 g6 3 Nc3 Bg7 4 e4 d6 5 f3 0–0 6 Be3 c5 7 d5 e6 8 Qd2 exd5 9 cxd5
1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 g6 3 Nc3 Bg7 4 e4 d6 5 f3 0–0 6 Nge2 c5 7 d5 e6 8 Ng3 exd5 9 cxd5

The Benoni move order would be 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 c5 3 d5 e6 4 Nc3 exd5 5 cxd5 d6 6 e4 g6 7 f3!? etc.

This site will continue to deal with moves such as 7 Bd3, 7 Nge2, 7 h3, 7 f4, 7 Nf3, 7 Bf4, 7 Bg5 etc.

Good point - I'll make sure to be on a special lookout for interesting games in this line.

I cannot really understand why the saemish variation is totally absent from the benoni site.
Not a slight mention in the ebook too.
